Your Main Duties

Your role will be to work with the management teams at The Business Link Media Group and The Big Leaf to:
  • Establish and maintain a clientele base (our team will help you determine the best strategy to reach your sales goals)
  • Prepare and present pitches (sales, collaboration opportunities with complimentary professional organizations, key stakeholders, etc.)
  • Work with the marketing team to design marketing strategies, promotions, materials, and content
  • Handle client communications and contribute to the management of clients (a happy client will give referrals, a positive review, and testimonials!)
  • Work hand-in-hand with the leadership team at The Big Leaf to identify and qualify new opportunities
  • Assist in the selection of, onboarding of, management of and motivation of new sales agents (these are your ‘doers’, and it will be your responsibility for ensuring that we attract the best sales agents)

What Makes You Stand Out?

  • An undergraduate degree with a concentration on Marketing, Advertising, Sales, Promotions, or Business Administration is preferred
  • 5 or more years of experience in a similar role (Sales Manager, Account Manager, etc.)
  • 3 or more years of experience in Business to Business (B2B) Sales
  • Familiarity and Experience with using Office Software, CRM tools, and a variety of Online Sales Solutions
  • Can work remotely and have access to all technology required to perform duties
  • A proven Track Record succeeding in Sales

This position is for Independent Contractors, and is therefore commission-based. If you are innovative, and highly skilled in sales, you can earn more than most salaries sales positions in the industry. #aimhigh
Compensation is negotiated based on each project or revenue stream. Commissions, in the form of a percentage of revenue, range from 15% to 35%. We will be happy to contribute to your benefits package if sales targets are met. We can also offer independent or personal pension plans (IPP/PPP) through our partners to give you and your family peace of mind in the long run. Paid vacation days can be earned through sales performance as well!

Your Main Duties

Your role will be to work with the Account Manager, and Marketing teams at The Business Link Media Group and The Big Leaf to:
  • Establish and maintain a clientele base (your Account Manager will help you determine the best strategy to reach your sales goals)
  • Assist the Account Manager to Prepare and present pitches (sales, collaboration opportunities with complimentary professional organizations, key stakeholders, etc.)
  • Assist the Account Manager to Achieve Sales Targets
  • Complete and submit accurate and timely Tracking Reports as required by the Account Manager
  • Assist the Account Manager to Manage and Maintain Client Sales, Relationships, and Feedback
  • Assist the Account Manager to Optimize the CRM Process
